Acquisition of NOXZEMA and AVA business in Greece
20/05/2015 Souriadakis Tsibris represented Sarantis Group, a major manufacturer & distributor of cosmetics and household products in Greece and Eastern Europe listed on the Athens Stock Exchange, in relation to the acquisitions of “Noxzema Business” and “AVA Business” in Greece from Procter & Gamble.
In the course of this, ST team, namely Manolis Souriadakis and Pigi Konstantinou participated in structuring meetings and negotiations, as well as proceeded to the drafting of the relevant agreements and instruments for the acquisition of the assets of these businesses, including mainly trademarks and copyrights.
