Intra-group transaction in Pharmaceutical Industry

Our firm represented and advised a foreign holding company, as a seller of its participation of 100% to the share capital of a major Greek generics pharmaceutical company (leading in exports worldwide), to another related party in an intra-group transaction. We were involved in the drafting and negotiation of the share purchase agreement successfully until completion.
