His practice focuses on all areas of IP, Corporate and Commercial Law. As a member of our IP team, he handles both contentious and non-contentious cases, including registrations and oppositions of national and EU trademarks, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts pertaining to intellectual property rights, as well as conducting extrajudicial and judicial actions for the protection of trademarks, patents, designs, utility models, domain names, and copyrights.

In addition, he is experienced in Corporate and Commercial Law. More specifically he provides guidance on company formation and has experience in drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements, and he also participates in various dispute resolution cases.
