Acquisition of the assets of TELETYPOS by ALTER EGO

Souriadakis Tsibris advised and represented Alter Ego Media S.A., owner of several leading newspapers and media websites, in the tender for the acquisition of the assets of TELETYPOS S.A., a media company widely known under the trade name MEGA CHANNEL. The assets acquired include the priceless television archive of MEGA CHANNEL as well as all relevant intellectual property rights. The procedure followed was an auction of an asset group based on the provision of law 4307/2014 for the special administration of failed undertakings.
