A Jeremie Fund recovering significant amount of investment from a collapsing former leading online travel agent
01/03/2019 Souriadakis Tsibris advised and represented a Jeremie Fund based in Luxembourg, in connection with the urgent enforcement measures taken against a leading online travel agent with revenues of approx. € 740 million, which ceased its operations due to financial liquidity problems and finally collapsed in summer 2018.
Due to the prompt and proper enforcement measures taken by Souriadakis Tsibris, the fund achieved a nearly full recovery of its approx. € 1 million claim as a bondholder in the on-line travel agent company.
