Acquisition of Attica Stores by a group of investors advised by Souriadakis Tsibris

Souriadakis Tsibris acted as the legal advisor of a group of Greek entrepreneurs, coordinated and managed by Virtus International Partners, who have agreed to acquire a stake in Attica Stores in a major strategic alliance, also called by many as the top deal for 2019 in Greece.
ST advised and represented Virtus International Partners and the investors in Greek law matters and performed due diligence in the target company and its affiliates.
