Acquisition of E-TABLE online platform by MOUHALIS S.A.

Souriadakis Tsibris advised MOUHALIS S.A. – a company active in the field of trade of tobacco products and other kiosk equipment – on the purchase of the 100% of the shares of E-TABLE, an online platform active in the field of online restaurant reservations. ST advised and represented MOUHALIS S.A. in the negotiations and drafting of the shares purchase agreement and carried out all the due diligence process on E-TABLE before the investment.
