Acquisition of “Ergopack” by Sarantis Group
16/03/2018 Souriadakis Tsibris advised and represented Sarantis Group, in a very complex M&A transaction involving extensive negotiations and three different jurisdictions.
In March 2018, Sarantis Group, a major manufacturer and distributor of cosmetics and household products in Greece and Eastern Europe listed on the Athens Stock Exchange, acquired the majority stake of “Ergopack”, a Ukrainian company, active in the field of production and distribution of household products and with significant exporting activity in CIS and European countries, such as Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Poland, Latvia, etc.
