Acquisition of “Indulona” by Sarantis Group
20/01/2018 Souriadakis Tsibris advised and represented Sarantis Group on the acquisition of 100% of equity capital in Saneca Trade S.R.O. and Saneca Trade CΖ S.R.O.,
The two companies are the distributors of “Indulona”, cosmetics products with an established significant presence in Slovakia and Czech Republic and with a successful history of more than 70 years.
