Debt Buyback
20/01/2013 In early December 2012 the Hellenic Republic launched a debt exchange offer with the intention of reducing its outstanding liabilities to private investors by an amount in the area of € 30 billion. The offer was well-received and ultimately deemed a success.
Souriadakis Tsibris acted for the EFSF, the international body issuing the notes offered to investors in exchange for their GGBs, in reviewing the relevant Invitation Memorandum as to matters of Greek law.
