Intellectual Property dispute related to online infringement
26/02/2019 Souriadakis Tsibris successfully represented before the Greek courts a pioneer company in the Greek luxury villa rental industry for the protection of their EU trademarks, distinctive signs, copyrights and domain names.
The case involved complex legal issues related to both industrial property and copyright law, due to the on-line infringement of the relevant rights and the particularities of certain internet tools (such as Google Ad Words) and several disputes took place before the EUIPO, the Greek Courts and ICANN.
