We handled the insurancemarket.gr sale to Interamerican

Our law firm represented the founders and majority shareholders of the innovative online insurance intermediary Money Market S.A., known under the trade name insurancemarket.gr, on the sale of their shares to INTERAMERICAN, the market leader in the insurance industry and member of ACHMEA Group, which thus became the sole shareholder of Money Market.

Our law firm was involved in the whole process, from the initial and final negotiations to the drafting of all the relative transaction documentation, securing the interests of the founders, who also retained their majority stake in the Board of Directors and their autonomy in taking all commercial decisions and in the management of the company.
