Sale of 100% stake of GENEPHARM S.A.

ST represented the shareholders of GENEPHARM S.A., a major Greek generics pharmaceutical company, on the sale of their shares to MS PHARMA, an international pharmaceutical company based in Jordan and operating across the Middle East, Turkey and Africa. The transaction required specialised knowledge in relation to pharmaceutical products and services and an extensive experience in handling complex negotiations related to multiple jurisdictions.
