Sale of majority stake of FORTH - CRS S.A.

In September 2018, FORTHNET S.A, a major Greek telecommunications and internet service provider whose stock is traded on the Athens Stock Exchange, sold its majority stake in FORTH- CRS, a leading software house and service provider in the tourism and travel booking and ticketing sector, to the Swiss company, LINXX HOLDING S.A.
