Souriadakis Tsibris participated in the public consultation for the new draft law on Corporate Governance

On 12 March 2020, a new draft law which purports to introduce stricter provisions on corporate governance of listed companies was published for consultation by the Ministry of  Finance. The consultation was open until 2 April 2020.

Drawing on its considerable experience on the subject, Souriadakis Tsibris participated in the public deliberation by submitting specific comments on Articles 1, 10 par. 1(a), 18 par. 1, 18 par. 2, 75 and 78 of the draft law.
