Trademark deadlines suspension due to Covid-19 emergency

Due to the current situation with Covid-19, all deadlines provided by the Greek trademark law, including those related to applications and litigation procedures, are suspended for two months, irrespective of whether the relevant actions can be processed online or not.

Moreover, as per the decision of Secretary General of Commerce and Consumer Protection, public access to the National Trademark Office services is prohibited, as a protection measure against coronavirus spread. The interested parties may use the available online tools, in order to proceed their cases.
