UK UCITS funds merged into Lux funds ahead of Brexit – Souriadakis Tsibris advised on the local registration aspects of the transaction

M&G Securities, a leading global UCITS fund management company completed the transfer of the non-sterling assets of its UCITS funds from its UK-domiciled OEIC range to equivalent SICAV funds  to protect the interests of investors before the UK leaves the European Union. Souriadakis Tsibris advised and assisted in the de-registration of the merged strategies from the HCMC files.
