“White Key S.A.” (WK), a dynamic Greek luxury villa rental company operating for the last 15 years in the Greek market and “The Thinking Traveller Ltd.” (TTT), a 20-year-old, multi-awarded villa rental company registered in London with a strong presence in the Mediterranean, joined forces. Our firm acted for the founders of WK for the sale of their shares to TTT, being involved in the whole process, from the initial and final negotiations to the drafting of all the relative transaction documentation.
