Our firm led the negotiations for the latest acquisition by Sarantis Group

“Gr. Sarantis S.A.”, through its 100% subsidiary, “Sarantis Polska S.A.”, proceeded to sign an agreement that entails the 100% share capital acquisition of Polish “Stella Pack S.A.”. The latter is a leading consumer products company with a turnover of around 65 million euros that only utilizes recycled plastic for the manufacturing of its products, greatly contributing to the cyclical economy. This acquisition is fully aligned with SARANTIS Group’s strategic growth plan, thus reinforcing its position in the respective geographical area.
Our team, consisting of Manolis Souriadakis, Managing Partner, Pigi Konstantinou, Partner, Zinovia Gkatsi, Associate, led the negotiations and participated during the whole process, up to the point when the transactional documents were signed.
