Our firm represented the founders of «Inventor S.A.», a dynamic Greek firm trading in the field of air and electric appliances, in the sale of their majority stake in Inventor to Beijer Ref, a multi – national, listed Group, registered in Sweden, which is one of the largest refrigeration wholesalers in the world. The transaction was completed on 12 October 2021 and our firm is honored to have contributed in yet another noteworthy, cross-border deal, with significant commercial and financial impact.
