We have successfully represented the Elikonos 2 S.C.A. SICAR private equity fund, in its investment of 1.1 million euros in OJOO Limited. OJOO is a rapidly expanding company with offices in Cyprus, Greece and the USA, currently operating the website Soundsnap, which is a music and sounds library with approximately 2.9m registered users from the film, music, advertising and video games industries. In handling this deal, our firm accomplished to coordinate and conduct an international due diligence process, along with expert advisors from different jurisdictions and successfully dealt with complex matters of Copyright, IT and GDPR law related to online platforms.
