Successful representation of Luxembourgian fund to acquire minority stake of prominent Greek packaging company

Souriadakis Tsibris law firm successfully advised and represented a fund based in Luxembourg, facilitating both the negotiation and completion of its acquisition of a minority stake, which exceeded 20%, in a leading Greek company that specializes in the field of printed packaging materials. With the value of the transaction exceeding €4 million, the acquisition was structured through multiple means, i.e. the fund’s participation in the company’s share capital increase, the direct sale and transfer of shares, as well as a convertible bond loan issued by the company. All this while successfully coordinating and conducting the due diligence process regarding this deal.
