She provides legal advice on corporate and commercial law matters, including drafting various corporate documents and commercial contracts, while she is also a member of the M&A team of our firm, participating in the respective legal due diligence processes. Moreover, she has extensive experience in litigating matters of both civil and commercial nature, including, but not limited to, disputes arising from contracts, torts, debt enforcement, corporate matters, etc., while she has also dealt with personal data protection issues.

Prior to joining the firm, she served as an associate lawyer for a banking institution and a Collective Management Organization or related rights, gaining significant experience in litigating relevant claims before the court.
