We are proud in taking part in yet another important transaction!

Souriadakis Tsibris provided legal counsel and support to the Lappas family, major shareholders of “K.L.M. S.A.”, an ATHEX-listed company which is the local distributor for the “MotherCare” brand of infant clothing and accessories, in the context of the forthcoming sale of their 46,60% equity stake to “INTRACOM HOLDINGS”. To that effect an MoU was signed by the parties on 2 February, while the transaction, whose structure raises numerous corporate and capital market law issues, is expected to close by the end of April, 2023.
