His practice focuses on the areas of Copyright and Industrial Property Law as well as on Corporate and Commercial Law. More specifically, he is a member of the Intellectual Property Law team of our firm, and he regularly drafts agreements regarding the transfer and licensing for use and exploitation of copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights, while he also advises on the protection and enforcement of a broad range of IP rights on a national and EU level. Furthermore, he handles various corporate and commercial issues, such as formation of companies, drafting of commercial agreements etc., and also provides advice on corporate governance issues.
