His practice focuses on all areas of Corporate and Commercial Law and corporate transactions as well as Energy & Environmental Law. In particular, he advises on almost every issue arises from daily business transactions ranging from performing legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating various types of corporate agreements (SPAs and APAs) and assuring compliance with the EU legislative framework. Furthermore, he participates in many cross-border M&A transactions where he advises clients active in pharma, tourism and energy industry. During his practice, he gained valuable experience in the risk assessment field, and he has advised businesses and individuals with regards to the implementation strategy of ongoing projects both in Greece and abroad.

Prior to joining Souriadakis Tsibris, Iasonas has served as an Associate in the Legal & Regulatory Division of a major energy corporation where he gained valuable experience in corporate law along with energy regulations by taking part in significant energy projects in Greece and abroad.
