She has served as group general counsel for the European Operations of The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC). Her tenure with TCCC for more than 22 years gave her a wide experience in legal matters including commercial deals, regulatory, M&A, privacy and competition.

Her M&A experience covers a wide territory within the EMEA region and projects such as, acquisitions, joint ventures, spin offs, restructurings and divestitures.

She has served as member of the management team of the European operations of TCCC, member of the audit committee, member of the Board of Directors of various companies including Coca-Cola Hellas SA, Deepwaters Investment Ltd [holding of the Dorna SA], Adelink Ltd [holding of the Multon Ltd].
