Another milestone for our firm!

Souriadakis Tsibris just participated in another significant M&A transaction by acting for IDEAL Holdings S.A. IDEAL, the major Greek listed holding company, entered the retail industry for the first time by acquiring 100% of K.T. Golden Retail Venture LTD, parent company of “Attica Department Stores S.A.”, the leading player in the Greek retail market, operating among others, the emblematic Attica Stores in the center of Athens. Our firm advised IDEAL on every step and every corporate and regulatory aspect of the transaction, which included its structuring, performed legal due diligence on the target and represented the client in the negotiations with the counterparties. This is yet more proof of our firm’s strong presence in important transactions in the country and of its increasing footprint.
