He specializes in the Law of Renewable Energy Sources, GDPR, Electronic Communications and New Technologies Law, Copyright and Media Law, Regulatory Framework of the independent Authorities in the above mentioned areas, Corporate and Commercial Law. He advises in all areas of Renewable Energy Law, has extensive experience in licensing, regulatory and investment procedures from the initiation to the completion of investments in this sector. He has been actively involved in the development of large-scale renewable energy projects, from the evaluation of investment plans, the drafting and submission of investment proposals, the legal review of licensing dossiers, through to supporting the drafting of contractual documents for projects and their implementation, up to their end-to-end operation. He has extensive experience in proceedings before the Independent Regulatory Authorities.
In addition, he advises on a wide range of commercial contracts and corporate governance issues.
- He advises and guides on a regular basis companies operating in the Energy and New Technologies sector on specialized legal and regulatory issues arising in the course of their operations and activities in the Greek market.
- He has successfully advised and represented clients in large-scale transactions, including the filing of investment/licensing dossiers in the U.P.E., has actively participated in negotiations regarding partnerships and acquisitions of licensed and operating U.P.E. projects. .
- He is an expert advisor on all aspects of Data protection under the new GDPR regulation, and has acted , participating in various projects, as DPO Executive, under his certification obtained with TUV Austria Hellas.
- He has successfully represented before Independent Authorities and Courts companies and individuals in the above mentioned areas, and has contributed to the successful completion of numerous negotiations between investors for the completion of corporate transformations, mergers and acquisitions.
- He provides regulatory compliance advice on a regular basis in specialised areas of law, in particular Energy and New Technologies.
