Manolis is one of the two Co-Managing Partners of the firm and leads the Litigation & Dispute Resolution and the M&A team.
Manolis focuses on Civil, Corporate and Commercial Law as well as on Litigation and Dispute Resolution. He has handled many important disputes before the Greek Courts and International Arbitration Tribunals acting for Greek and international clients, such as FORTHNET GROUP, DIAGEO SA, SAMSUNG CHEMICALS, OCTAGON, SOTHEBY’S, SARANTIS, ELIKONOS. He also advises Greek and international clients on corporate transactions and issues, with a focus on the fields of Media and Telecommunications, pharmaceuticals & cosmetics. He is counseling clients on Enforcement and Insolvency Recovery. He also oversees the firm’s Industrial Property and Media practice.
RELEVANT WORK
- Manolis has participated in important transactions, such as privatizations (KERAFINA SA, ELVIOCHIM SA), M&A’s (the acquisition of STOMANA INDUSTRIES by SIDENOR SA of VIOCHALCO GROUP). He has advised on the incorporation of several funds including private equity, and is representing them on their investments and acquisitions in Greece.
- He has advised several investment and divestments for Greek and international Equity fund, such as investment in Deliveras, Tripsta, Olive Media, Artemis ITS.
- He also led his team in the divestment of PAYZONE to OPAP, the acquisition of NOXEMA and of several targets throughout Europe for GR SARANTIS SA and the sale of GENEPHARM to the MS PHARMA Group.
