Her practice focuses on all areas of Corporate and Capital Market Law. More specifically, she provides day-to-day support to corporate clients of the financial sector, including investment firms, ATHEX-listed companies and collective investment schemes, while she has also gained experience on M&A transactions and financial regulation issues connected with them.
