Partners and associates of our litigation practice are highly trained and experienced litigators, members of the Athens Bar Association, with specialization in various law fields. They are working under the supervision of managing partner Manolis Souriadakis, and litigating before all Greek Courts, including the Supreme Court and the Council of State. We have been instructed by numerous clients in their most substantial and sensitive disputes arising from commercial agreements of all types, including shareholder disputes and litigation against directors in relation to corporate governance and company law issues. We also represent clients in employment law disputes and in respect of commercial property litigation. Our lawyers are also experienced in the protection of trademarks, copyright, patents and the rights of manufacturers and breach of industrial and intellectual property rights. We have handled major corporate, commercial and unfair competition litigation and are considered as leaders in the field of intellectual property and sports rights litigation, having taken part in several important cases in the course of the last years. Our overall big-case experience means that we are used to working with large multi-disciplinary teams across borders and over the life cycle of a dispute beginning from the early stages through administrative and regulatory proceedings to arbitration or litigation.
