Our experience includes local fund formation, foreign fund registration for marketing and distribution in Greece, compliance with marketing requirements and restrictions, tax and reporting issues, negotiating investment in locally established assets etc. Because of its in-depth understanding of the fund industry, the team has obtained a wide range of clients active in this area inter alia private equity and venture capital funds, hedge funds, pension funds, UCITS managers, alternative investment managers, EIC-sponsored schemes, professional and retail investors, as well as local and international fund and asset management associations.
