We advise and represent clients throughout their participation in public tenders for the supply of State-owned entities with products and services, including in relation to disputes arising from the allocation of tenders.
We act at both advisory and contentious level and in particular undertake the filing of actions and appeals before the relevant administrative courts and the filing of relevant writs of annulment before the Council of State.
