Duration of protection of works under copyright law - Greek

20/12/2007 The article deals with provision 68A of Greek Copyright Law, which states that the term of protection provided for in the same law, i.e. 70 years following author's death (and calculated from the 1st January of the year following his/her death) shall apply to all related works protected in at least one Member State on 1.7.1995 pursuant to national laws on copyright and related rights.
