Acquisition of “LUKSJA” brand by Sarantis Group

Souriadakis Tsibris advised SARANTIS group of companies on the acquisition of the trademarks and other intellectual property rights related to “LUKSJA”, a Polish cosmetics brand specializing in the personal care products industry, by PZ Cussons. ST participated in all stages of the deal and mostly in the negotiations and drafting of the transaction documents for the acquisition of the “LUKSJA” related IP rights.
